EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Frontier Airlines launched a new nonstop flight on Wednesday, Oct. 8, from El Paso International Airport (ELP) to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), according to a news release by the airline.
“We are excited to welcome Frontier’s new service to Dallas,” Tony Nevarez, director of aviation at El Paso International Airport, said. “This expansion makes travel easier for our community and connects El Paso to an even greater network of domestic and international destinations. It’s another step in strengthening our city’s reach and creating more opportunities for travelers.”
The flight, which operates three times per week, will offer affordable travel across Texas.
“We are very excited to launch this new route at ELP, providing low-cost travel to Dallas-Fort Worth and the more than 40 destinations we serve nonstop from there,” Josh Flyr, vice president of network and operations design at Frontier Airlines, said. “With the holiday and winter travel seasons just around the corner, now is the perfect time for consumers to plan their travel with America’s Low Fare Airline.”
To celebrate the new route, America’s Low Fare Airline is offering fares starting at $29, according to the news release.
