EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Halloween season is right around the corner, and Wet N’ Wild Waterworld is going all out this year with its first-ever haunted scaregrounds.

The event will include activities, wandering scare actors, specialty food items and an all-new haunted house experience from 915Live, the creators of The Grove Haunted House, according to Wet N’ Wild in a news release.
The haunted scaregrounds opens on October 3 and will be open select nights through November 1 at the water park, 8804 South Desert Blvd.
The hours of operation are as follows:
- Thursdays and Sundays – 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.
- Fridays and Saturdays – 7 p.m. – 12 a.m.
Visitors can choose from two scare level tickets – an all-access admission which includes the scaregrounds and haunted house entry, or a ground-only admission for those who want to enjoy the spooky atmosphere without the haunted house entrance.
Tickets are on sale now starting at only $9.99 when purchased online in advance here.
In addition, Wet N’ Wild season passholders can also enjoy exclusive preview nights on September 26 and 27 before the event officially opens to the public.
The haunted scaregrounds will feature Halloween-themed food and beverage offerings, including pumpkin scream spiced funnel cakes, freakshow fried Oreos, CarnEvil corn, specialty drinks, and more, according to Wet N’ Wild.
