EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Both congressional representatives who represent the El Paso area will have media availabilities on Saturday, Jan. 25.
U.S. Rep. Tony Gonzales, R-Texas, will have a news conference at 3:30 p.m. Saturday to provide updates on border security issues.
Gonzales represents the 23rd Congressional District, which stretches from San Antonio to East El Paso and includes Fort Bliss.
U.S. Rep. Veronica Escobar, D-Texas, will have a media availability at 4:30 p.m. Saturday. Escobar’s Office did not offer any other details or specifics on topics she will talk about.
Escobar represents the 16th Congressional District, which consists of most of the El Paso area.
