EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Heavy law enforcement presence was seen at a Speedway in El Paso’s Upper Valley early Monday morning, Oct. 16.
El Paso Police and Texas DPS were seen at the Speedway located on Mesa at Doniphan since 2 a.m. Monday morning.
