KTSM News – Help needed to identify car break-in suspect in Horizon City

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Horizon City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying an individual who was captured on video attempting to enter multiple vehicles on Sunday, Sept. 8, in a Horizon residential neighborhood.

At around 4 a.m. on Sunday, officers were notified of suspicious activity in the area of Antwerp Drive and Desierto Bonito Street in Horizon City.

A subject on foot was captured on video attempting to enter multiple vehicles in the residential neighborhood.

He is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 17–23 years of age, between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-10 in height, last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, blue jeans, and brown boots, according to police.

Anyone who may have been a victim of a recent burglary in this area of Horizon, or anyone with information regarding this individual, is urged to contact the Horizon City Police Department at (915) 852-1047. All tips will remain confidential.
