EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 32-year-old man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a crash Saturday night, May 17, in Horizon, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
Police say just after 10 p.m. that Saturday, officers responded to reports of a crash in the area of Darrington Road and Roslyn Drive in Horizon.
Officers were able to locate the driver, Chayan Favela, 32, who exhibited signs of intoxication. He was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Favela was transported to the El Paso County Detention Facility, where he was charged with DWI with a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) of 0.15 or greater, under a $15,000 bond.
