HORIZON CITY, Texas (KTSM) — A 35-year-old man was recently arrested after allegedly physically assaulting a woman during an argument and having three other outstanding warrants, according to the Horizon City Police Department.

Shortly before midnight on Monday, July 21, officers responded to a domestic violence call at 1400 Sabio Drive in Horizon.
Police said upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim, who reported that Eusebio Martinez Jr., 35, had physically assaulted her during an argument.
Officers conducted a warrant check for Martinez, and learned he had the following outstanding warrants:
- Horizon City Police Department for traffic offenses with a $725 bond.
- El Paso County Sheriff’s Department for theft of property (larceny) with a $1,500 bond.
- El Paso Police Department for assault family violence with a $2,000 bond.
Martinez was then arrested and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility for assault family violence under a $5,000 bond and the other outstanding warrants, police said.
