EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 46-year-old man has been arrested in Horizon and is facing a drug charge, Horizon Police said.
At about 12:45 a.m. on Thursday, July 24, Horizon Police were called out on a report of a “vehicle disturbance” and possible narcotics use along the 14000 block of Horizon Boulevard.

Upon arriving at the scene, police observed that the driver — identified as Tommy Duran — showed signs of narcotics use and activity. Following an investigation, Duran, 46, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance with a weight between 1 to 4 grams.
Horizon Police did not specify what the drug was.
Duran was arrested and transported to the El Paso County Detention Facility, where he was booked. His bond was set at $2,000.
