KTSM News – Horizon Police: Man arrested on outstanding warrant for indecent exposure

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A wanted man was arrested this week for indecent exposure in Horizon City, the Horizon City Police Department said in a news release.

Police said Hector Arturo Reyes was arrested on Wednesday, June 25, on an outstanding warrant for indecent exposure. He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility under a $10,000 bond.

Shortly after 7:45 a.m. on June 25, officers located a wanted subject, later identified as Reyes, at the 700 block of Desert Silver Drive, police said.

Police said officers conducted a routine warrant check for Reyes, who had an outstanding warrant for indecent exposure, and he was subsequently arrested.
