EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A house caught fire early Monday morning, Feb. 10, in El Paso’s Upper Valley, according to the El Paso Fire Department.



The Fire Department says the fire happened just after 2:30 a.m. on the 300 block of Roxanna Ave.
One person refused to be transported and no injuries were reported.
The Fire Department says the blaze was knocked down just after 4:30 a.m. and fire investigators are on the scene.
El Paso Electric secured a power line that came down in the backyard of the home during the fire. However, this was not the cause of the fire, according to the Fire Department.
