El Paso, Texas (KTSM) — Hello, El Paso.

We are 21 days away until fall. If you can already tell, temperatures are cooling off during the day and especially at night.

Speaking off cooler temperatures, double digits are here to stay all week.

We are in for a cold front for Labor Day.

Eighty-two degrees is the forecasted high for Monday and it’s going to be a nice calm day. There is a 20% chance we will see rain in the afternoon or possibly later in the evening.

Monday’s cold front will also bring us cooler winds ranging from 5-10 mph. In the evening, we dip to 65 degrees, one of the coolest night thus far in our forecast.

Precipitation backs off for Tuesday. We will still be seeing some cloudy skies, but no rain.

Tuesday’s high is predicted to reach a high of 86 degrees, nice and warm. Sixty-seven degrees is the forecasted overnight low. There are no major weather conditions besides our cold front enjoying its much needed visit to the Borderland.

We warm up on Wednesday with a high reaching 91 degrees.

Some clouds are expected to glide throughout our skies. If you happen to see a cirrus, stratus, cumulus clouds snap a photo and send them over to news@ktsm.com

Thursday, there is a 10% chance of storms making an appearance in the afternoon.

There is a very slight chance of rain, but with models changing so often chances might spike up as we get closer to Thursday. Our high is forecasted to reach 93 degrees with an overnight low cooling off to 70 degrees.

A dry start paired with some broken clouds for Friday is expected to turn into rain chances in the evening.

Ninety-two degrees is the predicted high with winds ranging from 5 to 10 mph. Friday night there is a slight chance of seeing storms closer to about 10 p.m. We will also be in for a cooler night sitting at 69 degrees.

Instead of rain, we are expecting to see mostly sunny skies for Saturday.

The day’s high is forecasted to reach 93 degrees. Weather conditions will remain calm with some light winds.

Our evening temperature for Saturday is a forecasted at 68 degrees.

The remainder of our 9-Day forecast will continue the double-digit pattern in the lower 90s. Weather conditions are expected to bring us sunny skies and light winds.
