EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A large police presence was seen early Friday morning, July 12, in Central El Paso.
According to fire dispatch, an incident involving a vehicle closed off US-54 and Pershing in Central El Paso.

The incident happened at around 5 a.m. and red tape was seen blocking off the area.
The area was cleared at around 7 a.m.
