EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A laundromat was damaged after it caught fire on Monday, Jan. 27, in Las Cruces, according to the Las Cruces Fire Department.
The Fire Department says crews were dispatched to a commercial structure fire at around 5:20 a.m. on Monday at Spruce Laundry, which is located at 1027 Spruce Ave.
Crews arrived to find heavy smoke inside a laundromat and extinguished it within 25 minutes.
The fire was contained to the laundromat and did not extend to any attached properties, the Fire Department said. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire and damage estimates have yet to be determined, the Fire Department said.
