EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A Las Cruces man is being charged with first-degree murder after allegedly shooting his wife.
Oscar Sandoval, 57, has been charged with first-degree murder, after allegedly shooting and killing his wife, Sheireen Al Jibury on Monday, April 1.
He will remain in the Doña Ana County Detention Center until his trail, according to the State of New Mexico’s Office of the Third Judicial District Attorney.
Sandoval was captured in Cuidad Juarez, Mexico and handed over to the U.S. Marshal Service on Tuesday, April 9
