EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The City of Las Cruces Parks and Recreation Department will host a five-day Fall Break Camp.
The camp will be held Monday through Friday, Oct. 6-10 and will offer indoor and outdoor fun with hands-on activities, crafts and active games.
The camp is for for children in kindergarten through fifth grade during Las Cruces Public Schools fall intersession.
The camp will run from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. The cost is $20 per child, plus any applicable field trip fees, which will be announced in advance.
Camp locations include:
- East Mesa Recreation Center, 5589 Porter Dr.
- Jornada Elementary School, 3400 Elks Dr.
Registration continues through Wednesday, Sept. 17. Families may register online at www.lascruces.gov/play or in person during business hours at the following locations:
- Parks and Recreation Administration, 1501 E. Hadley Ave.
- Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Friday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 E. Hadley Ave.
- Monday–Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Regional Aquatic Center
- Monday–Friday: 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m
- Saturday: 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Frank O’Brien Papen Community Center, 304 W. Bell Ave.
- Monday–Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
