EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Las Cruces Public Schools (LCPS) online registration for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year is now open.
LCPS said enrollment is available online using a ParentVue account.
Parents of current or returning LCPS students can use ParentVue to verify or update their child’s information, including the electronic medical card, transportation request, and permission forms for the upcoming school year, the district said.
If any information has changed, the following documents are required to complete registration, according to LCPS:
- Custody documents (if applicable)
- Proof of address, such as a utility bill (water, electric, or gas), mortgage documentation or renter’s lease agreement
- Other documentation may be required depending on situation
LCPS said that parents with a student already enrolled at LCPS have a ParentVue account, and they do not need to create a new account.
For help with the username or password, LCPS advises contacting your school office or emailing ioteam@lcps.net (575-525-7121).
New parents to the district are required to complete the online registration via ParentVUE for a new student’s initial enrollment. The following is needed, according to LCPS:
- The child’s birth certificate (or state-certified document)
- Parent/guardian identification
- Proof of residence (example: a utility bill such as water, electric, or gas, mortgage documentation or a renter’s lease agreement)
- Current immunization record
LCPS said new parents can access ParentVue by going to www.lcps.net and clicking on the ‘Registration’ tab at the top of the page. From there, select the option that best applies under ‘ParentVue Access.’
“Online registration/enrollment is a self-guided process using a ParentVue account. Instructions on how to create an account are included online, along with helpful tools such as video tutorials and information on creating an email account if you do not have one,” LCPS said.
