LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KTSM) — Las Cruces Public Schools (LCPS) will be hosting open house events at their campuses to give parents an opportunity to tour the schools and classrooms while meeting teachers.
According to the school district, the open houses began on July 21. Here are the schedules for the remaining open house events:
Elementary schools

| Doña Ana Elementary School | July 31, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. |
| Hermosa Elementary School | Aug. 12, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. |
| Hillrise Elementary School | Aug. 21, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. |
| Mesilla Park Elementary School | Aug. 7, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. |
| Monte Vista Elementary School | Aug. 14, from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. |
| Tombaugh Elementary School | July 31, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. |
| University Hills Elementary School | Aug. 14, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. |
Middle schools
| Lynn Middle School | Aug. 7, from 5 to 7 p.m. |
| Mesa Middle School | July 30, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. |
| Mesilla Valley Leadership Academy | Aug. 7, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. |
| Picacho Middle School | July 31, at 5 p.m. |
| Sierra Middle School | July 31, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. |
| Vista Middle School | July 30, at 5:30 p.m. |

| Rio Grande Preparatory Institute | Aug. 5, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. |
Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend their child’s school open house and ask questions about course objectives, curriculum, grading policies and more, LCPS said.
