EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Police sent out an alert to media on Thursday morning, Nov. 30, regarding law enforcement presence near Franklin High School.
Police say the El Paso Independent School District and the Homeland Security Investigations of El Paso are currently at the scene.
