EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – The Las Cruces Police Department is inviting the community to celebrate National Night Out, the event that promotes drug and crime prevention, strengthens community relations and encourages neighborhood camaraderie, on Tuesday, Aug. 6.
National Night Out is held annually the first Tuesday in August, according to LCPD.
The free and “kid-friendly” event will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. Aug. 6 along Main Street in Downtown Las Cruces.
LCPD said the event gives residents an evening to meet neighbors, area first responders and other organizations that provide valuable services to our community.
