EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 23-year-old man has been arrested for indecency with a child on Wednesday, May 7, in El Paso’s Lower Valley, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
Angel Jose Olivo, 23, was booked into the El Paso County Jail with a $50,000 bond.
On April 28, officers responded to an indecency with a child call, according to Horizon City Police.
According to Horizon City Police, detectives “discovered evidence to corroborate the allegations” during an investigation and identified Olivo as the offender.
Detectives obtained two warrants for Olivo and later placed him under arrest, police said.
