EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 29-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 11, with a warrant for indecent with a child/sexual contact, the Horizon City Police Department said.
Jorge Anaya, 29, was arrested without incident for indecency with a child/sexual contact and was booked to the El Paso County Detention Facility with a $20,000 bond.
According to Horizon City Police, minutes after 3 p.m. on Feb. 11 at the 1600 block of N. Zaragoza Road, detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division, in partnership with the Patrol Division, executed the arrest warrant for Anaya.
