EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A man wanted on an outstanding warrant for an alleged second DWI was arrested last weekened when officers checked on him when he was found parked along the side of Horizon Boulevard early Friday morning, July 25, Horizon Police said.

Just before 1 a.m. on Friday, officers with Horizon Police conducted a welfare check on a driver who was found parked along the side of the 14600 block of Horizon Boulevard.
Officers conducted a warrant check on the driver, identified as Luis Carlos Gonzalez, and found he had an ourstanding warrant from the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office for a second offense for driving while intoxicated. The bond amount on the warrant was for $4,000.
Gonzalez was taken to the El Paso County Dentention Facility, where he was booked for the outstanding warrant.
