EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 46-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 6, on two active personal-recognizance bond warrants for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and burglary of habitation, according to the El Paso County Constable Office Precinct Three.
The El Paso County Constable’s Office says Stephen Vincent Guerra, 46, was located at the 3200 block of Orkney and was placed into custody.
Guerra was booked into the El Paso County Jail under a total bond of $200,000.
