EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 39-year-old man was killed Thursday, June 12 in a single-vehicle rollover crash in the Homestead Meadows area of East El Paso County, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said.
At about 2:30 p.m. Thursday, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Special Traffic Investigations Unit responded to a single-vehicle crash involving a fatality along the 15300 block of Montana Avenue.
According to the prelimintary investigation, for unknown reasons, a vehicle veered off the roadway, struck a rock wall and rolled over, the Sheriff’s Office said.
The driver, identified as 39-year-old Sergio Emmanuel Camarillo-Ponce, was pronounced dead at the scene, the Sheriff’s Office said. The investigation is ongoing.
