EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 38-year-old man who was wanted in Ohio for cocaine trafficking was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 7, in Ciudad Juarez, according to the Attorney General’s Office for the State of Chihuahua, Mexico.
The Attorney General’s Office says Cesar Ivan D., 38, was arrested on a warrant for cocaine trafficking in the Las Arcadas neighborhood in Ciudad Juarez on Thursday in collaboration with the U.S. marshals.
