EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 30-year-old man wanted for homicide in Colorado was arrested in Horizon, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s Office says on Thursday, July 25, its Warrant and Fugitive Apprehension Unit investigated the whereabouts of Devin Franklin, 30, in conjunction with the Adams (Colorado) County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies located Franklin at the 1600 block of Horizon and he was taken into custody and booked into the El Paso County Jail with no bond.
The Sheriff’s Office says Franklin was a fugitive from justice wanted for homicide in Colorado.
