EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 29-year-old man who had outstanding warrants, including for deceptive business practices, was arrested this past Saturday, June 7, in Horizon, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
Police say just after 2 a.m. that Saturday, they responded to the 14000 block of Horizon Boulevard to a call of a subject disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers conducted a routine warrant check for Bryan Gerardo Garcia, 29, who had outstanding warrants for an accident involving damage to a vehicle and deceptive business practices with a previous conviction, police said.
Garcia was transported to the El Paso County Detention Facility, where he was booked under an $8,500 bond.
