EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A man wanted on an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance was arrested Monday, Dec. 2, during an eviction in East El Paso, said El Paso County Constable Office Precinct Three.
Deputies with the Constable’s Office were sent out to an eviction at a residence along the 10700 block of Vista Del Sol. Deputies had information that a possible tenant had an active personal recognizance bond that had been revoked.
Daniel Rick Johnson, 35, was located outside the residence and taken into custody. He was booked into El Paso County Jail without incident, the Constable’s Office said.
