KTSM News – Migrant woman rescued from Mt. Cristo Rey on Christmas Eve

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A migrant woman was rescued on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24 from Mt. Cristo Rey, according to the Sunland Park Fire Department.

The Fire Department said they assisted Border Patrol just before 9 a.m. on Tuesday.

The woman suffered a “lower extremity injury” and was transported to the hospital by AMR, according to the Fire Department.

The Fire Department says the woman is in her 30s.
