EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures and descriptions of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.
El Paso Police Department
Evans Bradley Walker: Age 46; 6-foot-3; 275 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for unlawful carry of a weapon with felony conviction and deadly conduct discharge of firearm; no bond.
Guillermo Bustamante: Age 54; 5-foot-7; 250 pounds; partially gray hair and brown eyes; wanted for sex offenders’ duty to register life/annually; $75,000 bond.
Jonathan Uriel Arredondo-Ortiz: Age 26; 5-foot-11; 175 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for sex offenders’ duty to register life/annually; $50,000 bond.
Alfred Lee Bowen: Age 60; 6-foot-2; 245 pounds; bald-gray hair and blue eyes; wanted for sex offenders’ duty to register with previous conviction; $30,000 bond.
Jack Odell Russell: Age 68; 5-foot-7; 205 pounds; gray hair and brown eyes; wanted for failure to comply with sex offenders’ duty to register with previous conviction; $25,000 bond.

Javan Ben Parks: Age 19; 6-foot-1; 180 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; no bond.
Hector Morales: Age 30; 5-foot-8; 214 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for robbery; no bond.
Jose Austin Abascal: Age 67; 5-foot-5; 200 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated sexual assault of a child; $102,000 bond.
Israel Galindo: Age 59; 5-foot-3; 226 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for evading arrest detention with a vehicle, and assault of a peace officer/judge; no bond.
Oscar Herrera: Age 34; 5-foot-11; 191 pounds; brown hair and green eyes; wanted for assault of a family/house member, impede breath/circulation, and sexual assault; no bond.
