EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures and descriptions of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.










El Paso Police Department
Jesse Ramirez: Age 41; 5-foot-7; 180 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; no bond.
James Eugene Garner: Age 42; 5-foot-9; 200 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances by the U.S. Marshals Service; no bond.
Michael Luis Uranga: Age 30; 5-foot-9; 145 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for theft of property; no bond.
Martha Gallarzo: Age 51; 5-foot-6; 200 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury; $5,000 bond.
Bernardo Nava III: Age 32; 5-foot-11; 183 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for collision involving injury and burglary of vehicle; $18,000 bond.
El Paso County Sheriff’s Office
Erik Cruz: Age 32; 5-foot-10; 140 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for manslaughter; $100,000 bond.
Matthew Valdez: Age 25; 5-foot-3; 180 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age; no bond.
Hector Ansalmo: Age 20; 5-foot-7; 147 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for deadly conduct discharge firearm; $75,000 bond.
Sally Magdalene High: Age 33; 5-foot-5; 116 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for unauthorized use of vehicle; $40,000 bond.
Alejandro Gabriel Brizuela Torres: Age 32; 5-foot-8; 167 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for smuggling of persons: pecuniary benefit; $7,000 bond.
