EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures and descriptions of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.
El Paso Police Department
Michael Pinedo: Age 44; 5-foot-8; 161 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for pre-revocation warrant; no bond.
Juan Mendoza III: Age 31; 5-foot-9; 197 pounds; brown hair and green eyes; wanted for pre-revocation warrant; no bond.
Treasure Sydney Garnett: Age 26; 5-foot-7; 221 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for pre-revocation warrant; no bond.
Alex Montoya: Age 30; 5-foot-8; 190 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for forgery to defraud or harm elderly and two counts of forgery to defraud or harm of another; $116,000 bond.
Miguel Carrasco: Age 51; 5-foot-11; 230 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated sexual assault of a child; $110,000 bond.
El Paso County Sheriff’s Office
Angel Martinez: Age 26; 5-foot-8; 120 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for possession of a controlled substance and burglary of a habitation; no bond.
Brandon Mendoza: Age 23; 5-foot-8; 150 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; no bond.
Rodolfo Ramirez: Age 60; 5-foot-11; 236 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for sexual assault and indecency with a child sexual contact; no bond.
Armando Smith: Age 34; 6-foot-1; 191 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault of a pregnant person; no bond.
Billy Wayne Rogers: Age 29; 6-foot-6; 243 pounds; blond and blue eyes; wanted for failure to comply with sex offenders’ duty to register with previous IAT; $101, 000 bond.
