The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.
El Paso Police Department
Frederick Ortega-Sanchez: Age 28; 5-foot-9; 200 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for cruelty non-livestock fail to provide/abandon/transport/bodily injury; $3,000 bond.
Natasha Coleman: Age 31; 5-foot-4; 130 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for cruelty non-livestock fail to provide/abandon/transport/bodily injury; $10,000 bond.
Itzhel Dalilah Gonzalez: Age 18; 5-foot-2; 104 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated robbery; $100,000 bond.
Manuel Lorenzo Avila: Age 38; 5-foot-7; 196 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for burglary of habitation; $20,000 bond.
Jose Angel Rodriguez-Andrade: Age 44; 6 feet; 180 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for deceptive business practice; $10,000 bond.

Jesus Manuel Perez: Age 36; 5-foot-8; 147 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated; $100,000 bond.
Leonel Armando Mora: Age 22; 5-foot-8; 150 pounds; brown hair and brown yes; wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; $32,700 bond.
Steven Matthews: Age 32; 6 feet; 210 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault causes bodily injury to a family member; $10,000 bond.
Candice Danielle Castaneda: Age 22; 5-foot-7; 190 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for burglary of vehicles; $7,500 bond.
Juan Pacheco: Age 46; 5 feet; 160 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated; $5,500 bond.
