The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.
U.S. Marshals Service
Alfred Lee Bowen: Age 60; 6-foot-4; 252 pounds; blond hair and blue eyes; wanted for failing to comply with sex offenders’ duty to register with previous conviction; $100,000 bond.
El Paso County Constable’s Office for Precinct 6
Jose Angel Enriquez: Age 35; 5-foot-7; 220 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; no bond.
El Paso County Constable’s Office for Precinct 3
Santos David Navarro: Age 46; 5-foot-5; 200 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for criminal non-support; no bond.
El Paso Police Department
Carmelo Carrillo: Age 27; 5-foot-6; 140 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for burglary of habitation; $10,000 bond.
Criminal Justice Coordination Department
Gunther Jason Otto: Age 40; 5-foot-11; 160 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated with a revoked bond; $25,000 bond.
El Paso County Sheriff’s Office
Andre Joseph Smith: Age 21; 5-foot-9; 134 pounds, black hair and brown eyes; wanted for robbery; no bond.
Pablo Alexis Prieto: Age 27; 6-foot-1; 205 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for smuggling of persons under 18 years of age; $200,000 bond.
Vincent Lee Johnson: Age 31; 6-foot-6; 221 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for theft of property with a previous conviction; no bond.
Angelo Alexis Salazar: Age 21; 6-foot-2; 250 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; $50,000 bond.
Jonathan Moises Ramirez: Age 35; 5-foot-6; 170 pounds; brown hair and hazel eyes; wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury; no bond.
