EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures and descriptions of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.
El Paso Police Department
Bernardo Valdespino: Age 44; 5-foot-8; 260 pounds; brown/bald hair and brown eyes; wanted for sex offenders’ duty to register with previous conviction IAT; $25,000 bond.
El Paso County Constable’s Office for Precinct 2
Christopher Michael Rivera: Age 44; 6 feet; 240 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated with a previous intoxication manslaughter conviction IAT and driving while intoxicated three or more times; no bond.
Pablo Casas: Age 41; 5-foot-7; 160 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault of a peace officer/judge; no bond.
Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole Division
Rosendo Ramirez: Age 50; 5-foot-10; 265 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for pre-revocation warrant; no bond.
Criminal Justice Coordination Department
Luis Alonzo Alvarado: Age 35; 6-foot-1; 305 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for smuggling of persons; $20,000 bond.
El Paso County Sheriff’s Office
Livian Alonso Rivera Vasquez: Age 42; 5-foot-5; 160 pounds; brown hair and green eyes; wanted for injury of a child/elderly/disabled person with intent of bodily injury; $100,000 bond.
Jorge Ivan Barrera: Age 36; 5-foot-11; 211 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for stalking; $50,000 bond.
Daniel Calderon: Age 55; 5-foot-5; 160 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for evading arrest, detention with vehicle or watercraft; $10,000 bond.
David Leonard: Age 32; 5-foot-10; 175 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for unauthorized use of vehicle (no lawful access); $10,000 bond.
Hector Daniel Castro: Age 28; 5-foot-8; 168 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for six counts of smuggling of persons for pecuniary benefit; $100,000 bond.
