The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.
El Paso Police Department
Alfred Lee Bowen: Age 60; 6-foot-2; 245 pounds; bald-gray hair and blue eyes; wanted for sex offenders’ duty to register with previous conviction; $30,000 bond.
Jack Odell Russell: Age 67; 5-foot-8; 205 pounds; white hair and brown eyes; wanted for failure to comply sex offenders’ duty to register with previous conviction; $25,000 bond.
Armando Alvarado: Age 44; 6-foot-3; 190 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for failure to comply sex offenders’ duty to register life/annual; $30,000 bond.
Michael Pinedo: Age 44; 5-foot-8; 161 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for pre-revocation warrant; no bond.
Zachary Samuel Delavega: Age 31; 5-foot-8; 181 pounds; brown hair and hazel eyes; wanted for pre-revocation warrant; no bond.

Michael Lewis Morton: Age 38; 5-foot-10; 166 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; $100,000 bond.
Julian Alejandro Duarte: Age 26; 5-foot-10; 135 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for theft of property; $101,000 bond.
Roger Ray Araiza: Age 43; 5-foot-7; 215 pounds; bald and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated three or more IAT; $26,000 bond.
Carol Ann Pina: Age 27; 5-foot-2; 177 pounds; brown-red hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated; $17,000 bond.
Johnny Thomas: Age 53; 5-foot-4; 158 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated three or more IAT; $50,0000 bond.
