EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures and descriptions of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.
El Paso Police Department
Donovan Vidal Jacquez: Age 36; 6 feet; 180 pounds; bald-brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; no bond.
Alfred Lee Bowen: Age 60; 6-foot-2; 245 pounds; bald-gray hair and blue eyes; wanted for sex offenders’ duty to register with previous conviction; $30,000 bond.
Jack Odell Russell: Age 67; 5-foot-8; 205 pounds; white hair and brown eyes; wanted for failure to comply sex offenders’ duty to register with previous conviction; $25,000 bond.
Michael Pinedo: Age 44; 5-foot-8; 161 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for pre-revocation warrant; no bond.
Zachary Samuel Delavega: Age 31; 5-foot-8; 181 pounds; brown hair and hazel eyes; wanted for pre-revocation warrant; no bond.
El Paso County Sheriff’s Office
Juan Andres Rivera: Age 28; 5-foot-6; 198 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for indecency with a child; $120,000 bond.
Samantha Huppenbauer: Age 24; 5-foot-2; 145 pounds; strawberry-blond hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault of a peace officer/judge; $100,000 bond.
Julio Beltran: Age 40; 6-foot-1; 370 pounds; black and brown eyes; wanted for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance; no bond.
Gloria Susana Rodriguez Soto: Age 28; 5-foot-2; 160 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for theft of firearm; $50,000 bond.
Francisco Luna: Age 34; 5-foot-10; 205 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault of an elderly/disabled; $2,000 bond.
