EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — One person is dead, and another is seriously injured after what Sunland Park Fire is calling a “pedestrian accident” late Thursday night, July 3, in Sunland Park.
According to Sunland Park Fire, the incident happened at Sunland Park Drive and Appaloosa Drive around 10 p.m. on Thursday.
Sunland Park Fire says one person died on the scene, and the other was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
All lanes at Sunland Park Drive and Appaloosa Drive were closed but have since reopened.
