EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Residents in the Fabens area will need to deal with overnight closures along North Loop while El Paso Electric upgrades overhead power lines and equipment.
The project is expected to take about six weeks.
The closures will be nightly in both directions along North Loop from Gina Drive to 5th Street in Fabens.
The closures will start on Monday night, July 14 and last through August.
Nightly closures will be from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday nights to Thursday mornings, El Paso Electric said.
Commuters are asked to follow detour signs and respect barricades.
