EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — An overturned semi truck is currently blocking I-10 West and a part of I-10 East at Chelsea, causing major backup in the area.
TxDOT says all lanes are currently closed westbound with traffic detouring at Exit 23B. Backup is to Trowbridge. I-10 East at Chelsea has been reduced to a single right lane of travel. Back up is to the US-54 Interchange.
