EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — An overturned vehicle on I-10 East at Artcraft caused major back up on Tuesday morning, May 7, according to TxDOT El Paso.
TxDOT reported on the crash on their X page just before 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, stating that all lanes were closed and back up was up to Transmountain.
