EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Crimes Against Persons Unit of the El Paso Police Department is investigating an officer-involved shooting late Sunday night in the Lower Valley, police said.
The incident happened shortly before 11 p.m. along the 300 block of Ramona Avenue.
