EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged with sexual assault of a child, El Paso Police said in a news release issued Friday, June 9.
Adrian De La Cruz, 25, was arrested on May 16, police said.
Detectives said that on April 10, De La Cruz was driving a van along Giles Road when he approached two girls walking along the roadway.
De La Cruz then sexually assaulted one of the girls, police said. No age was given on the victim.
He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility and was charged with sexual assault of a child with a $100,000 bond.
