EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – El Paso Police Special Traffic Investigations unit responded to crash involving serious injuries late Thursday night, Dec. 5.
According to El Paso Police, the incident happened on North Loop near Hawkins, by the El Paso Community College Valle Verde campus. Police say the call came in just before 11 p.m.
