EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Police say they responded to a welfare check Monday morning, Nov. 4, in far East El Paso.
Police responded just before 7 a.m. to the intersection of New World Drive and N Zaragoza Road regarding the welfare check.
Police say there are no reports of a vehicle crash at that location.
