UPDATE: All customers have had their power restored as of 11:15 a.m., El Paso Electric said. Power was out for about 30 minutes.
EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — About 2,300 customers are without power on Saturday morning, March 1 in Northeast El Paso, a spokesman at El Paso Electric said.
The outage was caused by a vehicle clipping a power line, the spokesman said.
Crews are on scene working to restore power, he said.
