EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Ruidoso is under a flash flood warning on Thursday, June 19, as the village is experiencing heavy flooding in the area, Ruidoso News said via its Facebook page.
Ruidoso News said flood waters have breached Mechem Drive at Brady Canyon, and Mechem Drive is closed at Sudderth Drive.
