EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A semi-truck rolled over and closed several lanes at the underpass on Gateway East at Hawkins on Wednesday, Jan. 24.

The left two turn lanes are closed as well as the left turnaround lane, according to TxDOT.
TxDOT says there is major backup and clearing time is until further notice.
