EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A semitruck has overturned along Interstate 10 West near Downtown in a collision involving several vehicles on Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 27.
The crash happened between Porfirio Diaz and Schuster near UTEP and traffic is being impacted with major backups.
