EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a 17-year-old boy who was reported missing from Horizon early Tuesday morning, July 9.
The Sheriff’s Office says Gabriel De Jesus Rivera, 17, was reported missing just before 2 a.m. from the 148 block of Horizon City.
Rivera was last seen wearing black sweatpants, white shoes, and an unknown shirt. He’s believed to need medical assistance.
